Awards of Excellence Celebration
CMHC's annual Awards of Excellence Celebration is truly the "Academy Awards" event for multifamily housing professionals.
In the weeks leading up to the event, judges score apartment communities throughout the area, selecting gold, silver and bronze winners in a variety of Awards of Excellence categories. Staff professionals also compete for honors in the Merit Award Competition.
Entries for both community and merit awards are open April 10-June 4 and judging will take place June 14-June 26.
Join us in 2025 as CMHC's Awards of Excellence celebrates its 40th Anniversary!
This year's event will be held on July 17 at The Founders Inn in Virginia Beach. The festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and dancing; dinner and the program follow at 6:30 p.m.
Cocktail attire is encouraged, as is our theme color - Ruby Red - to commemorate our 40th anniversary.
