Practical Apartment Management (PAM) School is CMHC's signature education program.

This course is an introduction to apartment management.  Local experts will cover such topics as office management, leasing techniques, marketing, financing, maintenance, security, legal issues and federally assisted housing programs.

Tuition includes registration for the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act (VRLTA) webinar.
